GBHfusion is now going to only list downloads that are 100% Legal!
I want to make the site more of an Open Source community.
What do people think?
I am not too sure what affect this will have on my site? 
The reason I'm doing this is because certain people don't want to visit because we are not Open Source.
So either I have people that don't care if its illegal or not?
Or, I have people that only visit to get the free downloads that are illegal..
Or I get only the people that come for free Open Source downloads.
That means I am cutting out 2/3's of potential traffic..

I think its safer for you if you just have it with 100% free downloads.
Maybe a small forum that includes pirating software / movies for people who do that type of thing...its up to you! 
TBH I think you should stick with windows visual styles and stuff like that... don't worry about downloads 'n stuff like that...just themes and icons, etc.

...or offer the illegal ones privately and don't get caught.

Well, maybe I don't have to be 100% legal.
I don't know any sites that are..
And don't give me a list, it is very debatable..

Just ensure u give credit where credit is due and most poeple are then happy with that.
But getting content up is the best way to get the ppl to come..well me maybe not i usually only come to a website solely for design..as some ppl know

Yes Jon... I already knew this and this is one thing that you and I disagree on, because I believe the CONTENT on the site is more important then the design.
