If your poor or your just a noob, download Paint.NET at [url]www.download.com[/url]. Basically a simple & free CS PhotoShop. has some pretty neat stuff... check it out.

It's simple yet very effective at design. not soo much with photos, but seriously, if you know how to use it it can be VERY awesome
