Today we decided to go to an amusement park called Rainbows End in South Auckland.

It had quite a nice range of things, ranging from 3d movie theater that makes the seats move with the movie, to roller coasters.

The worst I have to say is an open-air cart that has 8 seats in total, in groups of 4. You go up 18 floors high, then suddenly drop after a pause. It reached speeds of up to and over 80kmph. I still feel a bit weird even though that happened over an hour ago.

This sounds like a ride I went on once back in like the year 2000 at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida, USA that was called "The Hollywood Hotel: Tower of Terror" Smile Now that was fun, but I was younger then so I don't remember that much of it.

Nope, they made it look like one... then you get in it and stand in line at this elevator like thing and it takes up 4-6 floors and just drops.. then back up and does it again ...then repeats the sequence like 3 times. It was an awesome ride but like I said I haven't been there since the year 2000 so I don't remember much about it.

I would love to go on that ride, Mike.

Apparently its controlled by computers so no two (or more) rides are the same. Each time it is different.

I'm not exactly sure how high it was, like I said it was like 7 yrs ago... It was pretty high and FAST though...lol

What are you talking about, Brandon? Yes, I know its controlled by computers but what do you mean each time is different? Its going to be different because you have to consider alot of different factors like who's on it for example... The heavier it is, the faster its going down but slower its going up - if you know what I mean...
